You must be at least 18 years of age and possess at least an iPhone 13 or equivalent device to initiate the onboarding phase.

Initial Onboarding Box: Starter tools shipped immediately upon acceptance for your first platform. Advanced Gear & Multi-Platform Scaling: Crossing the $3,000 revenue milestone during your introductory phase unlocks expansion to a 2nd and 3rd platform, alongside a company-shipped professional studio laptop and advanced production hardware.

Full Capacity Target: 36 hours of active broadcasting per week for elite financial tiers ($20k+/month) -> Monday 5h, Thursday 5h, Friday 8h, Saturday 8h, Sunday 8h (Tuesday and Wednesday are rest/free days). The 20-Hour Trial Option: Start with a lighter 20-hour weekly schedule during initial onboarding to test 1:1 mentorship, backend support, and verify weekly earnings firsthand.

Creators are allotted 8 weeks of scheduled holidays per year. There are no strict rules, but our experience shows this schedule is what protects and optimizes the creator's financial interests best. Time off is planned in coordination with your management team.

Baseline Target: High-performing creators under our management consistently generate above $10,000 per month after 4 weeks from start. Long-Term Growth Goal: Scale your brand to $20,000+ per month and beyond. The System Reality: In our ecosystem, luck accounts for only 5% of your success; the remaining 95% is driven by combined consistency between the studio system and you.

Transparent 50/50 revenue split between the studio and the creator, processed weekly.
